The photo says it all!
Trustee, David Cant, said: “All of us at the RGF are so proud of Lewis. Not only did he win an Olympic Bronze Medal, but throughout his whole Paris Olympic experience, he conducted himself with such dignity and respect for others. So many times, he referenced Colchester and all the people who have supported him through his career to date. I emailed Lewis after every bout while he was competing in Paris. Even though he was totally immersed in such a cauldron of activity and pressure, he replied to every email within a few hours. We certainly backed a winner in every respect when the RGF helped to fund his development over the last few years.”
The future now looks so positive for Lewis as he considers turning professional. Wherever his future journey takes him, we remain forever proud to have supported him on his journey so far. We wish him every success for the future.
