Update on our USA challenge so far….. the desert can be surprisingly cold, the desert has way more hills than any of us imagined, the desert can be VERY windy and mostly head on, so far we have all survived. Tomorrow – Route 66 – cue everyone break into song!!!!

Jade Ashmore, Ladies 45kg boxer and RGF grantee is selected for Team GB – Jade is also in the running for the Commonwealth Games Gold Coast Team in 2018 – Watch this space!!

Megan Williams dad has just been in touch to update us on Megan’s continued successes.  At the end of May 2017 she was once again selected to represent Wadokai England in Sardinia later in the year and Megan has also just passed her jkf 1st Dan Black belt. Well done to Megan!!
