Making a difference – One Individual at a time
Champion in the Making: Georgie’s Achievements
It’s always a pleasure to support talented individuals like Georgie, a dedicated triple jumper with great ambitions. Despite breaking her ankle during the indoor season, Georgie worked hard to come back stronger, earning her first Senior England Vest and becoming the England U23 Triple Jump Champion.
Georgie said, “The Rob George Foundation helped me be the best athlete I could be last year. The funding I received went towards an MRI that identified an avulsion fracture in my foot. Without their support, I would have most likely carried on training and injured myself further. This allowed me to come back strong for my outdoor season and go on to win the England U23 Championships. Thank you for all your support.”
Now back to full fitness, Georgie is training hard for the new indoor season starting 1st January 2025, with her sights set on the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
We’re proud to be part of Georgie’s journey and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next!
