Over the last few months, RGF grantee Sophie has made incredible strides in both trampoline and double mini trampoline.
In October, at the Nationals in Telford (11-12 female category), Sophie won both the trampoline and double mini trampoline competitions. These victories qualified her for the British Championships the following day, where she delivered outstanding performances, winning gold in both categories (youth category, ages 10-12).
As of the end of October 2024, Sophie held the following titles:
- National Age Champion for trampoline and double mini trampoline
- British Champion for trampoline and double mini trampoline
- English Champion for trampoline and double mini trampoline
Sophie’s mum, Kat, shared: “The Rob George Foundation has been such a massive help to Sophie. Times have been really difficult this year, and we didn’t want her to miss out on achieving her dreams and reaching her potential due to the costs associated with this sport. We are so incredibly grateful for the help we received.”
