Imagine…
….as a young person you have been through all sorts of treatment. You end up with a ruling stating you are entitled to use your Mobility Allowance to help provide you with a car. Wow – now wouldn’t that transform your life!! Except you need a £2,000 bond/deposit in the first place. It’s all right though, because when you’ve finished with the scheme (which, by the way, is likely to be never!) you’ll get your bond money back. Well that would all be well and good if you had the £2,000 in the first place!!
