This year’s RGF Golf Day was a sell-out once again. Fittingly, the weather was kind to us, and a great time was had by all. Thanks to the astonishing generosity of all involved a massive £4000 was raised. Congratulations to this year’s winners of the coveted RGF Trophy, David Druitt and his team.
Pip George, Rob’s dad, and Chairman of the RGF, said: “This is always a special day in the RGF calendar. Colchester Golf Club was very much Rob’s second home, and he probably covered every blade of grass on this beautiful course. We offer our heartfelt thanks to Jenny McEvoy for organising the event for us and Julie Ruscoe and her team at Colchester Golf Club for being perfect hosts.”
