RGF supporters will be familiar with Kurts’ story and we are delighted to share Kurts’ news with you all. This is his message:
“I’ve just got home after the 2023 GB Team Selections and I’m proud to say that I will be representing Great Britain at the 2023 World Championships in Poland and the 2023 European Championships in Slovakia. The battle to get on the GB Team is fierce every single year, and it is even harder when you have to think about how you will pay rent each month. The journey to get to where I am today has been extremely tough, and it takes a big toll on my single mum who works around the clock to be able to help and fund it all. If it had notbeen for the huge support from the Rob George Foundation, I would not have made it this far. They well and truly changed my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!!!”
