DESCRIPTION:The Rob George Foundation is delighted to launch Rob’s Big Wa
 lk 2023\n\nKindly organised and supported by our dear friends at Ellisons 
 Solicitors\, this hugely popular annual fundraising event will take place 
 on Sunday 11th June.\n\nPrevious Rob’s Big Walks have covered the beauti
 ful Essex Way\, but this year we are excited to move the walk to Mersea Is
 land\, taking on the 14 mile round the island route (a shorter route will 
 also be available).\n\nAs with all of Rob’s Big Walks this is an amazing
  opportunity for local businesses\, groups of friends\, families\, individ
 uals\, and clubs to join together to support the RGF and have a lot of fun
  and comradery in the process.\n\nRob’s dad and Chairman of the Rob Geor
 ge Foundation\, Pip George said: “Once again weare so grateful to the pa
 rtners and staff at Ellisons Solicitors for offering their support and org
 anisation for this very special event. This year is particularly exciting 
 as we move to Mersea Island for a change of scenery and a different challe

 am or an individual.\n\nThere will be a check-in at the start with directi
 ons for walkers and emergency supplies!The walk will begin at Mersea Barns
 \, East Rd\, East Mersea\, Colchester CO5 8TQ. All walkers are encouraged 
 to arrive by 9am.\n\nOften\, we are asked by our followers how best to rai
 se money when supporting Rob’s Walk. The most popular method is by direc
 t donations by the walkers (like a joining fee) backing themselves to part
 icipate on the walk\, while also encouraging all their contacts\, whoever 
 and wherever they may be to sponsor them either by the mile or for complet

  ‘Donate’ icon\, or you can set up your own fundraising page. Just cli
